Are your Egg Donors and Surrogates screened?
Before accepting any Egg Donor or Surrogate into the program, I meet with them for about 2 hours. I show them a very graphic video which show’s them how to administer the medications. I also ask them questions about some of their answers on their questionnaire. I stress the importance and the commitment that comes with being an Egg Donor or Surrogate. After being matched, the Egg Donor and/or Surrogate will undergo a thorough medical exam, as well as a psychological exam.

How are the Egg Donors or Surrogates paid?
This depends on how the contract is written. Prior to the start of medications, the Intended Parents set-up a fully funded Trust Account. This account will be used to pay the Egg Donor and/or Surrogate according to the contract guidelines.

How long does it take to find a suitable Egg Donor and/or Surrogate?
I currently have a considerable number of Egg Donors in my program, that are available. I add new Donor's often. Surrogates are a little harder to find, but I usually have at least a handful of Surrogates available.

    What does your fee include?
My fee is to cover the cost of monthly Support Groups, the managing of the trust account, injection help, cycle coordinating, advertising, guidance, support, referrals, and locating the right Egg Donor and/or Surrogate for you. I also try to be at doctor’s appointment with your Egg Donor and/or Surrogate to assure that all of her question’s get answered and to make sure that she is clear about what’s expected of her.

    What is your experience?
I have worked in the Egg Donor and Surrogate field since January of 1997. I have been a Surrogate three times, but due to my age, I would not make a good Egg Donor candidate. I had Surrogate twins in October of 1996. I delivered my third Surrogate baby, with the help of an egg donor, in July 2000. In December of 2003 I delivered my second set of Surrogate twin's. Then, for my final Surrogacy, I delivered a boy in June of 2006.

Where do your Egg Donors and Surrogates come from?
Most live in Southern California. Many call in response to my advertisement in the local college newspaper's, ads ran in other local publications, and the Internet. Some are referrals from friends who have gone through our agency
